When getting there is half the fun
Traveling through a world built for other body
types can be frustrating and physically grueling especially on a
tighter budget, so The Height Site created this section devoted
to taller travel.
Flying While Tall
The Height Site can't recommend a favorite airline because in any
given situation, any airline can be a villain or a saint to the
taller traveler. The bottom line of your airlines' performance depends
on the airport staff, the airline staff, and the airline crew on
duty at the time you check into the airport and those working your
aircraft.
Check our tall flyers
page for information about flying while tall, especially when
finding (and keeping) more legroom in the air--»
Taller Destinations
Using feedback from Height Site visitors like you, we've put together
a list of tall travellers favourite destinations around the world--»

Things to consider
Here are a few things to think about as you plan
your next getaway. If you have any suggestions that might be useful
to taller travelers, please let us
know!
Making Memories
Purchase enough film before you leave home if you're going to a
tourist location where it can be quite expensive. Put it in a clear
ziplock bag (preferably in clear film canisters) and hand it to
security at the airport. They can easily identify it as film and
it won't be damaged by the x-ray machines.
Bringing Mementos
It's always a great idea to take some stuff to give away as you
travel. Business cards, pens, souvineers, hats and shirts from home.
You never know when you might meet someone youd like to give
something to. Making friends is one of the best reasons for traveling.
Sharing more than memories can help you make new friends no matter
where you go.

or good. Please let us know
