Auto Show Highlights
Many cities have an Auto Show once a year so we've
put together this page to share the highlights of some recent ones.
2005 San Francisco Auto Show
The Height Site put together another group of tall testers to try out some of the cars at the San Francisco Auto Show to check out the 2006 models. I'm still getting the pages set up. Please check back soon.

2003 Detroit Auto Show
I went to the Detroit Auto Show and tried many vehicles, I'm 6ft6
and weigh about 290 Lbs. The Chevy Trailer Blazer was very
comfortable and easy to get in and out of. It was really kinda funny
how the salepeople around kept trying to fit me into vehicles that
I knew I would never fit into. One salesman was convinced that I
could fit into a P.T. Cruiser. He just wouldn't let up saying
how roomy they were. I finally tried to sit in it and could not
get my long thick thighs under the steering wheel. When i got out
and stood up.....he just looked up at me and walked away wihtout
saying a word!

2003 Los Angeles Auto Show
A lot of new cars have that annoying clump in the middle of the
front seat...they jam the radio and controls into it, but it makes
for a tiny compartment to stick ones legs into. My tall brother
and I call them "Knee slappers" We went to the Auto show
in LA this year and 9 out of 10 cars have them now. One of the more
roomy ones is the Toyota Camry which is a lot more reasonable
price-wise and in terms of gas milage than my Buick.
