Taller Politics
Shorter family and friends are not equipped to
fully comprehend the level of height bias ingrained in almost every
aspect of our society. Helping them understand what we go through
is critical to change. Really tall people are so so statistically
rare and so evenly distributed among the American population that
many feel we can't be effective as a political force. The Height

Height Bias
Tall folk encounter discrimination on a daily basis, from water
fountains so low to the ground we almost have to kneel to drink
from them, to mirrors that reflect headless bodies, society sends
us mixed signals about who we are and our place in the world.
How do you deal with bias and discrimination?
How do you think we could approach this issue? Do you even think
it's an issue worthy of attention at all?
Do you want to give us some
feedback, present an alternate point of view or just share your
experiences?
